Nicaragua — Bold Craft, Mountain-Born Flavor
From the lush highlands of Molino Norte in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, this Nicaragua Single Origin is a showcase of precision, care, and terroir. Grown at elevations between 900 and 1,590 meters, these EP-grade, specialty beans develop their distinct flavor and balance from fertile clay-rich soils and the region’s ideal growing conditions.
Roasted to a medium profile, the cup reveals medium acidity and body, with notes of roasted hazelnut, rich molasses, and a touch of graham cracker sweetness. Smooth, nuanced, and elegant, it’s the kind of coffee that rewards those who appreciate the clarity and uniqueness of single-origin beans.
This lot features the classic Nicaraguan varietals Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema, each carefully cultivated by smallholder farmers from Molino Norte. The beans are fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds, a meticulous process that preserves their natural sweetness, depth, and aromatic complexity.
Every batch is roasted in small quantities after your order is placed, ensuring peak freshness and an authentic expression of its origin. For coffee purists who demand distinctive flavor, traceable origin, and meticulous craftsmanship, this Nicaragua Single Origin delivers a bold, refined, and unmistakably satisfying cup — a true taste of Nicaraguan highland coffee.
