Grown at elevations between 1,700 and 1,900 meters on family farms, these specialty-grade beans are nurtured in Nitisol soils, producing a cup with bright acidity, delicate body, and layered flavors of caramel, vanilla, floral notes, and ripe berries.
Featuring indigenous heirloom Sidamo cultivars, the beans are hand-sorted and dried on raised beds using a full natural process, allowing the fruit’s character to fully infuse the coffee and create a uniquely expressive cup.
